Do you want to work in a key technical role with responsibility for tools, instruments, and equipment structures in an international operation?
We are now looking for a Technical Tool Manager to join a well-established team within Instrument and Tool Service. This role is suited for someone with a strong technical interest, who enjoys administrative and structured tasks, and appreciates collaborating with various functions in a fast-paced environment.
As a Technical Tool Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the right tools and instruments are available for installation and service projects worldwide.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will among other things:
- Register new equipment structures and articles in PLM 2020
- Create and maintain tool and instrument sets in SAP
- Ensure existing tool sets are updated according to current changes
- Provide technical support to the workshop and internal interfaces regarding tools and equipment
- Collaborate with the calibration group, technical support, and order functions
- Handle order-related activities according to established routines
- Participate in development and improvement work within processes and working methods
- Contribute to regionalization projects and business development in the long term
The equipment handled includes, among other things, hydraulics, hand tools, laser equipment, flow meters, cabling, and measurement probes.
QualificationsWe are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working in SAP.
- Good knowledge of PLM 2020.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office 365.
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A technical interest and understanding of tools, instruments, or industrial equipment.
- The ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious manner.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience from the industry.
- Experience in assembly, service, or workshop work.
- Experience as a designer or user of technical tools on site.
- Knowledge of turbine tools or similar technical equipment.

The operation covers technology, logistics, planning, calibration, inventory, and technical support, making the role both varied and central to the success of the projects.
